David Weinberg is the founder and President of JuryScope, Inc. Mr. Weinberg has extensive trial consulting experience, having worked on more than 500 cases throughout the United States. He was President of the trial consulting group at Litigation Sciences (LSI) and a co-founder and President of Dispute Dynamics (DDI) before establishing JuryScope. He has been based in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco

Mr. Weinberg has lectured extensively on the specifics of litigation consulting. He has spoken on programs sponsored by the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, State Bar of Oregon, State Bar of New York, State Bar of New Jersey, Practicing Legal Institute (PLI), Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), American Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, as well as numerous local bar associations and law firms. A number of Mr. Weinberg’s clients are foreign corporations; he has had considerable success preparing witnesses from other cultures to testify in U.S. courts.
Mr. Weinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, both from the University of Rochester. He had 17 years of corporate experience with PepsiCo and Revlon before entering the trial consulting field.
