CARRIE A. MASON

Carrie Mason is a Senior Trial Consultant who comes to JuryScope with significant experience in a broad range of cases in both state and federal courts, criminal as well as civil, including:

In her ten years of trial consulting experience, Ms. Mason has worked on landmark civil cases and several high profile criminal cases, including US v. Martha Stewart and People of California v. Scott Peterson.   Her experience extends to all aspects of trial consulting: case analysis, trial theme development, mock trial and focus group research facilitation and analysis, conceptualization of trial graphics, witness preparation, juror questionnaire development and evaluation, jury selection and post verdict interviews.

Cases on which Ms. Mason has had an active involvement include:

1. JDSU Securities Litigation in the Northern District of California, resulting in a defense verdict.

1. Informatica v. BODI in the Northern District of California, resulting in a plaintiff award.

1. Scharf v. Applied in the Central District of California, resulting in a favorable settlement.

Ms. Mason holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California at Davis, and in previous decades has taught college English, managed businesses, been a food writer and music critic.
