KATHRYN SEPTER
Kathryn Septer is a Trial Consultant with JuryScope, Inc. Ms. Septer performs census and demographic analysis for jury research. This includes finding a representative cross-section of a venue’s demographic and ensuring any mock or shadow jurors reflect these findings.
Ms. Septer also works on assisting and conducting jury research through mock trials and litigation focus groups across the country. With her assistance, the trial team and JuryScope consultants have a properly staffed and smoothly run mock trial. She secures a skilled recruiter, an appropriate location and ensures the presenters have what they need for effective presentations to the jury.
She also works with the JuryScope team in organizing and conducting both shadow juror interviews and post trial juror interviews.
Ms. Septer has an English background, an education that suits her and JuryScope clients well in getting the key messages across to the jury. She is based in the Minnesota office and is a member of the South Metro Minneapolis Rotary.
