Ms. Farrell’s trial consulting experience includes: case analysis, theme development, focus groups, mock trials, witness preparation, juror questionnaire development and evaluation, jury selection and post verdict interviews. Ms. Farrell has also been involved in several high profile criminal matters, including U.S. v. Martha Stewart and People of California v. Scott Peterson. More recently, Ms. Farrell assisted the trial team in the civil matter SCO v. Novell in Salt Lake City, UT which resulted in a favorable defense verdict.
Ms. Farrell possesses a bachelor of arts in Psychology from Mills College and a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
