Some representative matters she has contributed to include: Case IH v. Kinze Mfg. (Patent Litigation – Wilmington, DE); DTB v. ATP (Antitrust Litigation – Wilmington, DE); and Ion Geophysical v. Sercel (Patent Litigation – Eastern District of Texas).
Ms. Ouska has consulting experience in finding a representative cross-section of a venue’s demographic for research purposes, conducting research through mock trials and litigation focus groups, organizing and conducting shadow juror interviews, preparing witnesses for trial, and post trial juror interviews. She has presented on various topics related to trial consulting to various law firms and bar associations and is a regular presenter for West Legal Education Center. Ms. Ouska works out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ms. Ouska graduated from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business with a bachelor of science in human resources/industrial relations, international business and French. She then earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law. She is a non-practicing member of the State Bar of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers and the American Society of Trial Consultants.
